I have GL-MT6000 for few months and just recently (few days ago) recognized the issue that PC connected with wire with DHCP activated, gets wrong address, which is not in configured range.
With WiFi clients is working ok, only for wired clients not.
I have latest Firmware 4.7.0 release 3.

Is there another device handing out DHCP addresses?
Try to check where the DHCP address came from, like on Windows using ipconfig /all

No, there is no other device handling DHCP.
Not sure that I understand. Where a device should get IP, if not from router. I was checking ipconfig /all to see assigned IP, and that is why I see the wrong IP.

Look into the DHCP server section of ipconfig /all to check where this IP came from.
