Does wireguard work with ipv6 on Flint router

Hey there,

I’m curious to know that are currently wireguard work with ipv6 on Flint router? Mullvad told me they are support for both ipv4 and ipv6 as well. Am thinking to bought a subscription and test it out if working.

May i know how to go about?

Is it just toggle on the ipv6 setting and set it to native with automatic to work?

Thanks

After tested, my ipv6 is leaking. What is the problem ?

Are you using vpn policy? Can you describe how it is leaking?

Nope. I don’t have using any vpn policy. Just normal uploading a Mullvad config file then toggle on the wireguard connection with enable IPv6 setting.

Thereafter, notice my ipv6 address is my isp instead.

My intention is connect wireguard with ipv6. Is it possible  on the flint router? Which mean i need a both ipv4 and ipv6 address of the VPN provider to config on the router. So, each of the client devices connected to the router will get both ipv4 and ipv6 address as well.

I have try to connect using my smartphone via a Mullvad application, it was successful both ipv4 and ipv6 address.

Do you get what i mean?

Here is the sample:

Thanks

Btw, does the router wireguard client support ipv6 with able to handle ipv6 traffic of vpn?

Checked with developers. Wireguard for ipv6 support will be added in 4.4.6 and later.

How about this beta firmware :point_up_2: is working or not?

Sorry, not in this version. Next version then.

Alright :+1: noted with thanks
