If you set up the firmware buy installing new software using opkg and configuring it after boot, you need to do the same process in the new unit.
For the config, you can just backup the config and upload to the new unit, but software needs to be installed by hand.
We suggest you write a script to do this. So for every new unit, just download and run the script.
