Easy way to see LTE band / frequency?

Hello. Is there an easy way to tell which band and frequency my attached LTE usb modem is using? Tried to figure out AT commands or even an openWRT package that contains an HTML readout of 3/4g connection stats including band/frequency, but haven’t found one yet. What are others using?

Right now I’m testing with a Huawei MS2372-617, Huawei E397u-53 and the Quectel EC-25 in the GLi MiFi
