I saw a guide for a different router detailing and offline install of packages needed on the router to make EasyTether work. Can the packages be downloaded online via plug in or software from the router menu ? Anybody loaded this on MT1300 Beryl ??

Easy tethering is not open source so it is not in openwrt repo. Download and install manually pls
For MT1300 pls choose package for openwrt 1907 and ramips\mt7621\
