Any way to edit the GUI like changing logo etc?
Possible maybe, but it would be undone by next firmware update anyway.
So not worth it because the GUI is mostly obfuscated and tiny'ed javascript.

Learn to program and edit the firmware your self. You can go to school, take online classes or watch tutorials on YouTube.

Yes, engineers at Glinet edit GUI all the time. They went to school and taught them selfs on the job. Just like plumbers become plumbers and pilots become pilots, by going to school and or getting certified.

Upworks - to hire someone - that probably went to some school to edit it fore me.
I checked via ssh in root - theres www folder, index.html and some other editable codes that probably could help them

Why would you want to edit it?
Usually it isn't a very feasible idea to do so on flashed scope like others have said aswell, if you upgrade or reset the logos will be back.
Also GL-iNet has a product which is called white labeling, i think that is what you need?
