Enable TailScale will fail DDNS update?

Just tried out Tailscale and found out that DDNS test will always fail if Tailscale is enabled.
Is Tailscale the cause of the issue?

( MT3000 with firmware 4.2.2 stable )

There is indeed a problem, the next version will fix it
ddns detection problem
