When I try to connect to the hotel wifi, the webpage where I enter my login credentials, the webpage doesnt load up and i get this error page "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED". Any ideas? I get this message on my android phone and laptop
This is an DNS error.
You should check your DNS settings and maybe need to adjust them. Try encrypted DNS, plain DNS or even to use the DNS provided by the Wi-Fi of your hotel.
I tried looking up the dns settings on my laptop in the control panel and its blank for the hotel wifi. Ive tried looking it up in the command window and says unknown..maybe its just the hotel. I will try the router at home and see if its just this hotel at a later time.

You need to check the settings on your router.
So i went to DNS settings under network. Tried the encrypted DNS. Went through each encryption types and chose various servers for each type. No dice. So I tried manual dns. I tried all the options in DNS Server 1 under manual dns. I even tried typing in the hotel DNS server in the DNS Server 1 box. No dice either.

Hello Support, just wanted to give an update. The hotel i was having trouble loading up the login page, Im at a new hotel and the page loaded up with no issues. Logged in and everything is running smooth. I dont know why that particular hotel, i couldnt load the login page up but everything's good. Thanks for the possible solutions you guys offered. Plus had a firmware update once i logged in.
