Error after GLKVM software install to Windows 7

I bought Comet GL-RM1 KVM.

I installed the device, but I have problem now using the GLKVM software for it.

I installed GLKVM to Windows 7, but when starting it fails with this error:
"The procedure entry point GetHostNameW could not be located in the DLL WS2_32.dll"

Any idea?

Through this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XlvjRuCUZB-R722pyrf0o-CkN-Kqa97D/view?usp=drive_link try to download the new installation package to have a try.

Thank you very much for the new version!

Now after install it starts, no error.

Then finds the GLKVM, lists the device, starting to connect, but after reaching 99% it will timeout.

Any idea?

Export the app logs, I'll have a look.

Sent by email.

You try to upgrade the firmware to the latest version, accessing the remote via the link: GLKVM.

I upgraded the firmware to the latest version: V1.4.1 release1

The glkvm remote connect still times out.

Accessinc the remote via the link shows the following error:
Firmware outdated. Please upgrade to v1.5.0 or above via local or client access.

Are you comfortable with remote assistance?

Yes, if it can make the debugging process shorter.

Do we assist remotely with AnyDesk?

Yes, Anydesk is ok.

As suggested I will wait for KVM device v1.5.0 firmware upgrade.
