Existing WiFi connection authorizes using a web page

I am travelling to with a Slate AX to a hotel in Mexico. I know from past experience that connecting to their WiFi is not a case of knowing the SSID and password. Rather, the first connection to the hotel WiFi redirects the first page accessed to a login page.

How can I set access using the hotel web page rather than SSID and password.

Captive portals should work as long as you don’t have the VPN on. You may have to disable DNS rebinding prevention as well.
