Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I just performed a reset to factory default, and AdGuard Home seems to retain some of my previous settings.
I am also having trouble removing the DNS upstream server. Even if I delete it, the previous entry will return after I refresh the page. What's going on?

After the reset, do you see the following initialization screen when accessing the router’s administration interface?
If so, this confirms that the device has successfully been restored to its factory settings.
Regarding the issue with being unable to remove the ADG Home upstream DNS entries, could you please provide a short GIF or video so we can better understand the problem?
Please note that you must configure at least one upstream DNS server; otherwise, ADG Home may revert to the default settings.
