Purchased in April, 2018 and worked great. Woke up this morning and found that it was not responding to pings. Power cycled and now I have a dim light on the power and 5G LEDs and nothing else. Changed power supplies, tried the hard reset/restore factory default process and still nothing but those two dim lights. Any ideas?
