Hi @rickyleung12 The US mobile esim is currently not compatible with the GL.iNet physical esim card and is not supported. We're working on this.
Currently it's advised to use other esim services. Here is a list of compatible esim service providers for your reference: Carriers supported by GL.iNet physical eSIM
