Psiphon is free tool to bypass censorship. Also it can bypass some captive portals without even login!

From what we can see, Psiphon appears to be primarily a VPN/proxy service. As such, its ability to bypass captive portals is likely no different from solutions such as WireGuard, OpenVPN, or Amnezia.
Compared with Amnezia, it also appears to be more easily identifiable by network operators.
In addition, since the service provider seems to collect user information, it does not appear to offer any clear advantages over Tor in terms of being free to use or providing censorship circumvention.
In anyway, we will record this feature request and discuss it further with our product team.
