Feature Request: Limit Animations

The animation when going from windowed to full screen is cool, but I find it rather disorienting. The drop of the toolbar is less distracting, but I'd prefer it to be instant rather than having to wait.

If it's not too much trouble, could we have an option to disable the web UI animations or change the timing?
