Feature Request (minor): resizable screen preview in the Comet Pro touchscreen

I would like to suggest a minor feature request, if it is easily implementable on the Comet Pro (RM10). Now that firmware 1.7 has implemented the previewing of the controlled computer’s screen on the touchscreen, could you also add the pinch-to-zoom there, to enlarge a part of the displayed screen?

When using a headless PC (i.e. not connected to a real display) the preview is very handy to see the status at a glance, e.g. when scanning an HDD for damages. Having also a zoom feature could allow to focus on a specific part of the screen, such as a progress bar with the time remaining.

By the way I really appreciate the fact that when showing the preview the touchscreen doesn’t turn off automatically: well done!

Update on this feature request: following our discussion, we don't have plan to support it currently. We'll continue to gather feedback from more users. Anyway, thanks for your suggestion again~

That would be too much :grin: and require a specific pin to tap the screen :bullseye:.
