Feature Request: Support for Tailscale SSH Server

Hi, thank you for supporting Tailscale on your routers, especially on your travel routers.

One feature I would really like official support for is Tailscale SSH Server to replace the default Dropbear SSH on routers.

Tailscale SSH would dramatically increase the security of SSH connections to GL.iNet routers, especially using Tailscale SSH Check Mode.

I have tried to get this working myself, but there are DNS issues when used with the official AdGuard application.

Hello,

Thanks for your love and kindly suggestions.

Dropbear is an official SSH built-in OpenWRT.
Some users may still choose Dropbear as the router's SSH server.

But I will collect this requirement and submit it to the PM to evaluate this. Thank you.

You don't need to use the tailscale in place of the dropbear ssh server. You can run both of them together. Just add a toggle to the interface to enable ssh on tailscale and then pass --ssh to the up command and everything works great.

You can access the dropbear ssh by going through goodcloud or directly to the device. You can use tailscale ssh using the tailscale ssh command.

No. Get that cloud garbage out of here. TailScale isn't even PQC ready, FFS.
