[Feature Request] tab label

Hi,

is it possible to change the tab label from "GL.Inet Admin Panel" and add some status information?

Something like:

[INERNET] [VPN] [ADGUARD] [....] (in green or red)

Then it is possible to view the status without opening the tab.
