Feedback on Firmware Betas

Hi everyone,

I’m a beta participant and wanted to share some observations—and invite fellow customers to chime in—about how betas are managed:

  1. Visibility: It often feels like a “black box.” We don’t always know what’s coming next, how priorities are set, or when feature updates will be released.
  2. Communication: Clearer timelines and regular status updates would help us plan our own testing and rollout schedules.
  3. Feedback loops: I’d love to see more structured channels for users to submit bug reports, vote on feature requests, and receive acknowledgment when issues are addressed.
  4. Prioritization: Understanding how you decide which bugs or enhancement requests get fixed first would make us feel more invested in the process.

As someone who’s run multiple betas myself, I know how much work goes into them—and I appreciate the team’s effort. If you’ve experienced similar challenges or have suggestions for improving the beta experience, please share your thoughts!

Really good suggestions, I do agree with you.
I think our team would need more time to get them done, we shall keep working on those points.

Thanks so much for your kindness and tolerance.
