Yes it seems like repeater mode on the MT3000 is very unreliable, I was hoping to try 4.4.6 beta but its gone!
I am so sorry for that. The new Ethernet drivers for MT2500/MT3000 are not compatible well, so we have withdrawn firmware 4.4.6 release1.
Firmware 4.4.6 release 2 is out now though.
and gone again - back to 4.4.5
