Hi, I have just bought a GL inet RM1 KVM the device is showing online but when I click on the device icon I get a drop down message saying “ firmware out of date please upgrade to V1.5.0 or above. But when I click on check for update it says “up to date using V1.5.0” But the device willl not work or let me do an up grade. Thanks
Hi,these are two different versions: the first is the KVM device firmware version, while the second (the latest one) is the desktop app version.
You can upgrade your device firmware locally or download an old app version(Windows1.1/Mac1.2) from our website to connect the current firmware version.

To update your KVM firmware, type the local IP of your KVM or GLKVM.local into the search bar of your browser. Log into your KVM. Click on the download button in the top right corner near the cloud icon. Select upload firmware. Find the firmware file you downloaded. Click Update.
