Firmware v4.9 Preview: What to Expect

I am not sure that is entirely accurate. By design, I believe it can see it’s gateway and not the other clients. Internet doesn’t have anything to do with technical implementation. If you connect to a network that is isolated, check your arp table and see what entries you have learned and that will shed some light. I would, but I currently don’t have that enabled on my IoT network as I do have some devices that need to talk locally.

All I’m really asking about (and to keep it as simple as possible) is why can’t I access the same devices though Tailscale that I can locally. I thought the whole point of Tailscale was to facilitate a local presence while out on the road?

I can access both my main network and my IoT network locally, no complaints there. The problem starts when I come in through Tailscale. I can only access my main network though Tailscale, and not the IoT network. The 192.168.10.0/24 net doesn’t get advertised to the Tailscale backend admin panel so that it can be authorized.

Hello, when this version will be available for Mudi 7 (GL-E5800) 5G NR Tri-band Wi-Fi 7 Travel Router?
