Flint 1 AX1800 - Packet Steering?

Hi,

I have a Flint 1 GL-AX1800 running v4.6.8.

WG VPN server, AGH with CloudFlare DOH, WiFI 2.5 and 5 clients.

What actually is packet steering and should it be enabled in Luci?

This feature distributes data packets across different CPU cores for processing, which may improve or reduce network forwarding performance depending on the scenario.

You can enable the feature and run throughput or packet rate benchmarks to assess its impact on your specific setup, and then decide whether it is beneficial to keep it enabled.
