Flint 1800 TAP VPN Option Missing in v4.1.0?

I just upgrade from v3.x to 4.1.0, and it looks like the TAP OpenVPN option is gone… I did a full reset on upgrade and discovered this when I went to rebuild my VPN.

Is there a trick for getting it back? I looked everywhere for a way to get it to run TAP but came up empty.

DISREGARD.

The system says it is up to date with 4.1.0 but I see there is a 4.5 available for download… and that has the TAP option…
