I encountered a bug with NordVPN (WireGuard / NordLynx) — what a surprise, right? 
If you go to a country and try to add all available links (for example, Spain –> Madrid –> 50 servers, or whatever number), and then do the same for 2 - 3 countries, the list becomes completely empty. It won’t add anything and just stays blank with no option to connect.
I went in circles deleting the VPN completely even factory-resetting my router to try to resolve this issue.
However, I found a better workaround if this hasn’t been permanently fixed:
If you only add 2–3 links from each country, and keep the total number of entries under about 20, everything works perfectly. It can then be used without needing to pull .conf files from your Linux machine.
I hope this helps as a temporary solution. Please accept my apologies if you’ve already resolved this issue elsewhere and I simply couldn’t find the topic.
