My Flint 2 device only connects to the internet when a VPN is enabled. If I disable the VPN, it loses internet access entirely. This behavior has been consistent since I first received the device. Initially, I thought the issue was related to my modem, but even after switching to different networks—both LAN and Wi-Fi also different modem the problem persists. The device only accesses the internet when the VPN is active.
This issue does not occur with my Berly AX, which connects normally without a VPN. I’d appreciate any help diagnosing or resolving this.

No, I never turned on that feature—it seems weird to me. I’ve tried both ways, but every time I turn off the VPN, I lose internet access.
Hi
When the VPN is disabled, have you tried to ping the domain name and IP address?
You may try SSH into Flint 2 and executing the following commands:
ping google.com -c 4
ping 8.8.8.8 -c 4
If pinging the domain name fails but pinging the IP address succeeds, this may indicate a DNS resolution issue.
Please try manually configuring the DNS settings.
