Flint 2: packet steering to be set manually after a firmware update

Hello. I have a FTTH 2500/1000 with a Flint 2 as main router. I set the packet steering to all cpu and to 128 as flows. By doing like this I am able to get, via speedtest, around 2100/1000.

I upgraded to the latest firmware and despite in Luci I see still the packet steering to all cpu, speedtest went down to 800/1000. I tried to set packet steering to none and disable for the flows, save the configuration, then set again manually to all cpu and 128 and, immediately after the saving, I can see again 2100/1000 in speedtest.

Might it be that the setting is not saved correctly during the firmware upgrade?

Do I need to change anything in the GL. Inet firmware? the packet steering can be set only via LUCI as per what I see… but I am not sure if there is anything I shall adjust via GL.Inet firmware too.

Hi

Could you let us know the versions before and after the upgrade?

Based on your description, it seems to be the op24 version.
In that case, you may need to seek assistance from the OpenWRT community, as we don't maintain that part of the code.
