Flint 2 Router unable to access web ui after setup

Brand new Flint 2 Router unable to access web ui after setup with isp modem.

I am connected directly to router with ethernet cable.

I factory reset router 36 times.

Went through documentation and the ui setup menu each time.

After completing setup I am not able to access the Routers Web UI. OR, sometimes I am able to access the routers web ui BUT NOT THE INTERNET THROUGH ANY PC OR WEB BROWSERS.

Any suggestions this new router has qa issues?

I’m too new to GL-iNet routers to provide answers, but I can ask some questions.

Does “setup with isp modem” refer to physical setup (such as cabling) or do you mean using the router’s GUI to go through the initial router setup?

If you went through the router’s config setup, did you change the router’s IP address?

If you went through the router’s config setup, did the router show it could see the isp modem?

If you are replacing a different router can you hook it back up and see it your isp modem (and cable) still work? Is there anything special in its config that you would need to replicate in the Flint 2 setup?
