I need a set up to handle 8-9 hours of customer service calls using open wire vpn. Is flint 2 ( host ) and another flint 2 ( client ) good enough? Using it abroad

The router itself? Yes.

Will your internet connection be stable? Depends.
What ISP will be used? Which countries? What kind of calls? And so on, and so on.

The connection will be stable, host will be in the UK vodafone broad band and client will be in iraq FTTH and will be moving around in the middle east will be connecting after original router... also is flint 2 to flint 2 the best option for me for handling the back to back customer calls for 8 hour shifts or will a travel router do the job safely too?

I assume Iraq will block VPN, no?

I use vpns such as expressvpn and urbanvpn and it works fine but im not sure if that will be the same as using the routers?

Mostly no. Client apps have better possibilities for hiding.

So if vpn softwares work will the vpn on the flint 2 or travel routers also work?

No, not to 100%.

Only if you use the official WireGuard app instead of the VPN app of your VPN providers.
