For a country in EUROPE for example, the transmit power allowed on 5GHz is far higher than 20dBm.
I understand GL have said well our antennas have 3dbi gain so we have had to peg it back. Fair enough, but it’s now too weak in my opinion.
I have an ISP supplied router which has significantly stronger signal strength, with internal antennas, compared to my Flint 2 running 4.8.4.
It is right next to my Flint 2, same WiFi channels, same bandwidth allocation.
I only notice the significant weakness in speed and signal strength on 5GHz though.
On 4.8.3 everything is fine.
