I just got my router and have not done much. I've got 2, 5 and 6GHz all turned active. I have devices using 5GHz without trouble, but my main PC can use 2GHz, 6GHz, but when connecting to 5GHz I get an IP, DNS and whatnot but cannot ping the 192.168.8.1 router and of course no browsing the Internet either. The only difference between this computer and the other devices using 5GHz without issue is that this is the only one that supports 6GHz. The only thing I've tried to fix the issue is to force WPA2 PSK on the Flint 3, and that didn't help. Any ideas? Thanks.
What network card is your main PC using?
Thanks for the reply/inquiry and sorry for the lack of information ... my post wasn't a very good first post. I'm using Win11 with a Realtek 8852CE. I started toggling settings on both my wifi card via device manager and the Flint 3. I got it working and the kept flipping values around to make sure I knew what fixed it. Right now, I believe the Flint 3 is back to "defaults" and the fix was forcing the Realtek->Properties->Advanced->Property: 5G Wireless Mode from 802.11a/n/ac/ax to just 802.11a/n/ac.
