Just a quick update.
I’ve reverted the router back to the stock firmware and found that the issue still appears in LuCi, so I can only assume that it had this problem out of the box.
My next step is to contact support, but I have a feeling that they will tell me to update the router to the latest firmware which has the same issue.

The switch display in the Luci is something wrong, which might be due to incompatibility with Luci.
You can configure the VLAN via SSH to the router and modify the VLAN configuration in /etc/config/network.
LAN ports in switch1:
