Flint2 (GL-MT6000) - IPTV - IGMP - Telekom Media Receiver 401b

Hello there!
After a week of Trial&Error and a lot of research and didn´t find a solution for my problem.
I try to get IPTV working on the Flint 2. The receiver has Internet and the stream starts for like 10 seconds, but i suppose, after it switches to Multicast the stream stops. I tried IGMP Snooping(v3), but then the receiver gave out the message, that a device causes an network-error. Possibly by flooding.
I also tried installing igmpproxy, but after that i couldn´t access flint´s web-interface. Telnet und Luci were still working.
I also tried to setup the firewall, as mentioned on the openwrt-forum, but had no success.
Flint is working as a router, with DHCP enabled. IPv6 is disabled, because i would like to use the VPN.
The setup is like this:
ISP <-> Speedport Smart <-> (WAN/DHCP) Flint 2 (GL-MT6000) (LAN2) <-> Telekom Media Receiver 401b
I would be happy to get some help, because I appreciate the Flint2 very much.

Confirm the Telekom Media Receiver 401b only can work directly the ISP modem (Speedport Smart)?

What is the original topology? especially the connectivity of the Telekom Media Receiver.
If the Telekom Media Receiver is required to work in a special VLAN network, to separate the normal Internet network, probably need to config VLAN.

Please edit the /etc/config/igmpproxy if you install the igmpproxy. Probably the igmpproxy have some conflict with GL GUI (as Nginx and igmpproxy are both proxy applications, but Nginx for web), but if you did not use the GL GUI, it does not matter.
