Flint3 and USB-C PD

I am wondering if anyone has had success running the flint 3 on a 12v3A PD cable? I have been caught where i need an EU output cable for a Flint 3 I bought in AU. The box didn’t come with the other options and the EU store didn’t seem to have any stock of Flint 3 Power Supplies. So thinking to just try and run the router via USB C and not use the USB port to drive anything.

Do you mean using a 12V3A PD to DC cable to power the Flint 3?
We do not recommend this approach, but if you confirm these cables function properly, you may try it.

Yes, I didn’t test it for a long time but just for a short test the Flint 3 and Marble worked fine. I even used the Flint 3 on a battery pack! I wrote a blog post about it:
