Force Spitz AX work as 4g mode

Is there any at command that force Spitz AX to work as 4g mode only? Cudy 5g router has that options. Reason to ask is my sim only supports 4g, if using default 5g mode, the provider won’t give any service to the routers

Hi,Sure,You can select the X3000 celllular type to 4G mode only.as below.

click the ‘use other setting’

select ‘enable band masking’

select ‘Block button’,and select all band from the submenu 5G SA Bands,all 5G channels will be blocked.
