Get original modem IMEI

Hi all,

Is there a way to get the original IMEI of the X3000 modem if the IMEI has been wiped/corrupted? GL-iNet does not provide the device IMEI on any packaging, and from what I read online the IMEI might potentially be etched on the physical modem chip but it looks like it’s not possible to access it without removing the antenna wires that are glued onto the board.

email support give them your serial number, name and email address used to purchase and ask for IMEI

how do you get it in the usual case? I should back mine up just in case by the looks of it…
