Getting DISCONNECTED from GoodCloud email but sometimes not Online email

Sometimes Goodcloud is connected again but I don’t always get an Online email.

With 2 mins delay in alarm, does it mean if the device comes back online within 2 mins of offline email, I will only get a single offline email? This behavior is quite confusing, making it appear the device never came back online

We are working on Goodcloud 2.0. Hope these can be optimized.
