I am trying to connect GL RM1 comet to fedora, after connecting all th3 wires correctly when i try to access my fedora pc on a different device its showing No HDMI signal error. When i looked at the logs in the comet I found it says “Failed to open /dev/fb0: No such file or directory”
We recommend using the original HDMI cable, and trying different EDID
And checking if the controlled device is in sleep mode. Ensure the firmware is up-to-date.
If the problem persists, you can export the logs and send them to us (flora.wan@gl-inet.com).
Yes, I am using original HDMI cable. Actually, it started working now. Only thing different I did this time was to connect the kvm to my laptop before I turned the laptop on ![]()
Thanks for the update—and great to hear it's working now! ![]()
