Today I use the “Netgear Nighthawk M2 (MR2100)” as a hotspot for on the go.
Now to my question:
Do I get an Internet connection within the AXT-1800 WLAN if I connect the “Nighthawk M2” to the AXT-1800 via the LAN-Port directly?
What do I have to pay attention to when configuring in the AXT Settings?
I have my AXT1800 behind a ‘main’ router. No problems. By default whatever you connect to the Slate AX will be on a subnet of 192.168.8.0/24. The Slate AX’s default IP is 192.168.8.1.
That’s a loaded question if I’ve ever saw one. I’ll just point 'ya to the docs… but first make sure your firmware is up to date (GL GUI → System → Upgrade).
