Getting PDN_IPV4_CALL_THROTTLED with Verizon

Hey guys!

I've been using a tablet data plan from Verizon in my Spitz X3000 for a few weeks now, and it's been fast and reliable. Recently though, I've been experiencing disconnects. After looking at the logs, this is standing out to me:

Looking these two 'end_reasons' from: https://github.com/git-openwrt-org-mirror/uqmi/blob/master/qmi-enums-wds.h it appears that the 209 and 211 reason codes are:
QMI_WDS_VERBOSE_CALL_END_REASON_INTERNAL_PDN_IPV4_CALL_THROTTLED
QMI_WDS_VERBOSE_CALL_END_REASON_INTERNAL_PDN_IPV6_CALL_THROTTLED

After this happens, it will eventually reconnect to Verizon between 20-45 minutes on average, and work fine again until I start using a 'lot' of data in a short period of time (i.e, streaming YouTube video at high resolution), and then the disconnect happens again.

Edit: No, it’s not reconnecting at this point.

Any thoughts or help on this are greatly appreciated!
