GL-AR300M router with Nord service

I am absolutely clueless as to how to connect this router to a VPN thru NORD. It either gives me a no authorization error notice or connects at 60KB speed. I am not good with networks, but I thought I could figure this out. I was wrong. A step by step guide would be much appreciated. Help!!
