I bought the GL-AR300M16-ext so that i could repeat my Verizon’s Mifi’s signal and to be able to have an ethernet connection for my switch. When I trying to set things up I am running into multiple issues. When I click scan the Mifi’s name does not come up in the last. When I choose other and then manually add the SSID with security config and password and click Join it does not work. It actually disconnects my workstation from the router. Any help would be appreciated.
I was able to set it up to repeat my normal home network because it was in the list after scanning. Is there some reason it does not like the Mifi device?
