GL-AR300M16-ext repeater wifi wrong key or time out

This is the second location where i try to use this router, first at home, i have no problems, little router connects to my home wifi and then extends the coverage to a greater area. now i want to use it at my apartment complex gym, same way, i have the correct password (7pha8qnd5f?z is the password) but it doesn’t want to connect to after clicking JOIN, it spins for a while and then it’s either wrong key or time out. please help.

firmware is the latest stable one.

I am using Firmware 3.215 and connect to a wifi with this password and it works.

Can you give me the log after your connection failed? ssh to the router and use “logread” to get the log.
