Has the GL-AR750 (creta) the TOR feature into the latest stable firmware (3.216).

Nope, it hasn’t. I’m not sure how well it’d preform either given its single core 650MHz SOC/CPU.

IDK; I don’t use TOR; too slow for my tastes.

Openwrt by design is a barebone modular OS, so you have to install what you need.
