GL AX1800 Slate Airport security scanner

Hi All,
I have GL AX1800 slate router which works great but every time it goes through airport security scanners, the router stops connecting. On boot up, the white light keeps flashing and never goes solid. I then set it to factory default, add config files back on and then it works fine again. Is this a known issue? Does the airport scanners cause this problem and if anyone else has encountered similar issue? Thank you

Hello,

  1. Slate LED will turn flash after passing the security scanners, can it access the Admin Panel? If possible, login to and check the source of the WAN, is it disconnected?
    If no, please only reboot and no reset, is it back to work?

  2. What connection does Slate's WAN pass? Ethernet, or repeater?

  3. Is the Slate powered when passing through security scanners? How to power it?

Do you just mean that the router does not work in the airport?

The scanner does nothing to the router, as you put the router in the bag and not powered at all.
