GL-AX1800 Slow LAN/WIFI speeds

I have GL-AX1800 connected directly to home internet modem. If I test with a cable from laptop to that modem bypassing GL-AX1800, I get speeds of 700MBit/s. If I plug that same cable into a LAN port of GL-AX1800 running as access point, I get max 150MBit/s. Same laptop, same port, same cable. GL-AX1800 is not running AdGuard, Wireguard, etc. Just providing wifi and switch functionality. I am only testing direct Ethernet cable connection for the moment, not wifi. What could be the cause for the slowdown? How can it be fixed?

1. the laptop cable LAN connected to ISP modem directly (no AX1800), 700Mbps?
2. the laptop cable LAN connected to AX1800 (switch to AP mode, and it connects to the ISP modem), 150Mbps?

Check the LAN interface negotiate rate of the AX1800 in the SSH:
ethtool lan1

And check NIC interface negotiate rate of the laptop.
