GL-AXT1800 component name for board repair.

Hi everyone. I have a broken AXT1800, probably hours old when it stopped working, years ago. The symptoms are, when power is connected, the fan spins, but there is no led activity at all, no uboot, or UART. Well, turns out, someone connected it to a bad power source. A component blew up so bad that I can't read the part number on it. All three legs are shorted. Everything else seem okay, though hard to say what else that short might have damaged. Before giving up on the router, I want to try replacing that component.

This part is near the Type-C port, obscured by the black heat shield. Can I get an ID on the component?
Thanks!

I did some cleaning and close-up shots with my phone, turns out it's 8034B.

It's not a particularly easy chip to source. I believe AO3400A might be a replacement, and is easier to find.
