GL-B3000 - OpenVPN client stopped to work

Hi all,

I have a router GL-B3000 on which I installed an OpenVPN Client, and it was still working this morning. This afternoon, I couldn't access the internet. So I factory reset it. I re-configured EXACTLY the same settings as before, but the VPN remains in "the client is starting, please wait" status. I don't understand?

My VPN provider is CyberGhost. I tried re-configuring it, but it didn't change anything.

Here's what it says:

Have a nice day and thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,

What is the current software version?

Please try installing the v4.5.19 firmware.

Hi,

I am on v4.5.19. Maybe I was on a previous version when it worked? I don't know if it update automatically?

Here is the full log if it can help :
logread.tar (201 KB)

I contacted CyberGhost and the issue come from their services. They updated their .OVPN files and it stopped to work for now. They gave me a temporary solution and it's OK.

Hope it will help somebody.

Thank for your answer Bruce.

Bye
