Hello i am trying to get internet via USB cable in GrapheneOS mobile phone.

SIM card in Mudi v2.

Tried cable from USB-A and USB-C without results.

WiFi connection works but my purpose is to switch off WiFi to get only wired internet.

Internet connection from Mudi v2 with provided Ethernet adapter works but is too annoying to bring two adapters (from Mudi and another to mobile)

Just to make sure we understand your setup correctly, are you trying to use the internet connection from the Mudi v2 on your GrapheneOS phone via USB cable?
Or are you trying to share the GrapheneOS phone’s internet connection to the Mudi v2 by USB tethering?

If you mean the first case, please note that sharing the router’s internet connection to a phone via USB cable is not supported on Mudi v2. For Mudi v2, the wired connection can be achieved by using the included USB-to-Ethernet adapter on the Mudi v2 side, and using a USB-to-Ethernet adapter on the phone side as well.

If you are trying to use USB tethering from the phone to the Mudi v2 instead, we may need to check it further.
Could you please send us the following information via private message?

  1. Could you please share the phone model, GrapheneOS version.
  2. The system log from the Mudi v2 after connecting the phone.
  3. Whether USB tethering works normally with another phone or another device for comparison?
