Hi
I have been using the Comet Pro RM10 for a couple of months now and its been working fine, recently did an upgrade to version 1.8 release4 and now the keyboard and mouse is not working, it says inactive and only shows screen but can’t control.
I have tried to reset and rebooted, changed cables but no luck, on the device it says keyboard and mouse connection not detected.
Any help
